Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, including pre-paid multi-month subscriptions.  You may do so by accessing your customer account from the home-page at www.dateboxclub.com; click on the small person icon in the upper-right.  Or email us at info@dateboxclub.com and we'll gladly handle it for you.

Refunds
We strive to deliver an outstanding product and overall experience.   If you're not happy, we'll make it right.  Missing box, damaged contents, didn't live up to our promise?  We've got you.

If you have a pre-paid subscription and feel you need to cancel during its term we'll provide a pro-rated refund for any undelivered date-nights.  We're here to help with date-night, not hold you hostage.

We are a small family-owned and run business.  So, we ask your consideration in providing timely requests for cancellation and refunds where we did not come through with what we promised.
